I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner. I have also trained in EMI (Eye movement Integration), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
I Graduated from Teesside University in 2006 with a degree in Combined Studies, Psychology major with Law minor. I worked as a customer service adviser for six years before becoming a mother and then deciding on a career change and studying Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Clinical Hypnotherapy in the North East.
I have eleven years experience of working with young people in motivation, teamwork and leadership skills as well as instructing them in first aid and other life skills.
In my spare time I enjoy walking, camping, reading and kayaking. I am a Duke of Edinburgh Leader and expedition assessor.
